We needed a multi-generational home for our famliy to move into, as we would all have more money in the bank when we share all expenses and mortgage. I was all over the internet searching for the perfect place...that’s when a very courteous and steadfast agent started emailing me some suitable homes. Although plenty of agents reached out, only one stayed with me as we decided what homes ticked all our boxes. Patrick kept us up-to-date on the new listings that would work for us. When we were ready to go to showings, he got us into the homes we chose in our crazy tight schedule all in ONE DAY! On our showing day, Patrick knew all about the homes we viewed and when he didn’t have all the answers for our load of questions, he went above and beyond to get the answers. Patrick treated us as if we were his most important clients, which is hard to find these days, as, I am sure you already know! We found the most perfect home and when we sold our mom-in-law’s house, there wasn’t any questions on who we called....PATRICK!
